It’s 1st November.

And you survived half term: the juggling, the noise, the endless snacks, the birthday parties, the Halloween costumes, pumpkin carving and the “Mum, can I…!”

Whether you smashed it or just about held it together, give yourself some credit.

Parenting is the hardest job going. You kept the small humans alive, maybe even smiled a bit along the way. That’s enough.

But now it’s time for you.

The darker mornings and evenings can pull you into “sod it” mode; more wine, less movement, comfort food, telling yourself you’ll sort it all out in January.

Don’t.

Because when January comes, you’ll be starting from a harder place: physically, mentally, emotionally.

So use today as your gentle kick up the bum.

You don’t need to overhaul everything. Just choose one small thing that reminds you you’re still you: go for a walk, prep a decent lunch, drink more water, move your body, say no to something that drains you.

Half term’s over. Now it’s your turn.

If you’re ready to stop just surviving and start feeling like you again, that’s exactly what my coaching helps with.
