My purpose: to guide you on a journey to discover your true self where you can really thrive in all areas of your life.

I am so sure this state can be reached because I have had my battles, learned how to thrive, and made it my life’s mission to help you do the same.

My story:
Getting a BSc in Social Sciences at Cardiff University, led me to my Masters (MSc) in Criminology and Criminal Justice whilst working for South Wales Police in the Domestic Abuse Unit. I love people, I loved learning about criminals’ back stories and felt pulled to help others.

I traveled the world, alone, where I worked on a cattle ranch in the Outback of Australia, climbed active volcanoes, hitchhiked in Argentina and worked in a travel agency in Bolivia using broken Spanish. Back in London, 15 months later, my career as a teacher began.
I pride myself in being the best mother to my two beautiful daughters having read books and research on every developmental stage. Strangers often comment on what wonderful children they are; friends often ask parenting advice. I own my decision to become a single mum and have always made a conscious effort to build a strong relationship with the girls’ dad.

More about me:
• I’m a morning person, getting up at 5:30am Monday to Friday to do a workout before the kids wake up. • I went through a phase of sexual exploration engaging in less mainstream pursuits; I wish people spoke more openly about sex. • I believe that our bodies tell us everything we need to know about our wellbeing (mentally and physically). • I worked hard to learn how to love myself using positive affirmations and body acceptance techniques. • I’m a property developer’s daughter who made a loss when selling my first flat. • I learned more about myself in a year without alcohol than a decade with it. • I think the use of magic mushrooms for health and growth in certain circumstances is underrated. • I was raped in my twenties, resulting in half a year’s counselling. • I’m a recovered 'yes-person' who now treasures boundaries. • I’m an advocate for always walking up and down escalators. • I am a strong proponent for positive affirmations. • I love proofreading other people’s documents. • I’m a qualified senior leader in education. • I am very open-minded and 'Aquarius'. • I beat depression with exercise. • I struggle to keep plants alive. • I love dancing in my kitchen. • I can do a 6 minute plank. • I have a life coach myself. • I am a social chameleon. • I am apolitical.
