Step 1:  Clear roadmap

 

The first step is all about putting you in the centre. We will put all the pressure and stress from the outside on hold and take a deep dive into you. We will verbalise the current struggles, obstacles and barriers to relational progress, so that we can truly see where ‘you stand’ in the relationship.

 

We’ll identify your 5 core values so that, at a minimum, you’ll always stay on the right path and lead a life that you are in full control of which will make you much more attractive as you will show strength and purpose.

 

We’ll create a precise roadmap of exactly where you want to be in the next 30 days. Whether that is: attracting your wife back, OR as a genuinely healthy, confident single man.  We will identify, describe and structure clear goals so your relationship is rekindled.

 

I’ll directly guide you to reverse-engineer what you want your life to look like in the future so that you will gain confidence, clarity and control stress from your own life and relationship.

 

This single-minded, ruthless and individual processing will allow you to consider you, and only you: your true wants, needs and desires, rather than continuing to run on autopilot. This will completely eliminate any feelings of overwhelm, uncertainty or feeling lost and it will give you absolute clarity.

 

 

Step 2:  Rediscovering Personal Identity

 

This second step of finding yourself will remove your feelings of failure, of letting yourself down or letting others down. We will use the 4 pillars of wellbeing to identify the key priority areas so we can create a precise plan for each week. You will follow carefully constructed routines and strategies, so that everything else naturally and effortlessly becomes easier.

 

The 4 pillars of wellbeing include:

  1. Rest – Learning to be calm, centered and prioritise opportunities to de-stress

  2. Movement – Create time for physical activity that increases your energy levels, sex drive, confidence and creates a space for personal thoughts

  3. Nutrition – Create a habit of self-worth and self-value by nourishing yourself

  4. Habits – Develop a new set of habits, born out of an authentic desire to be working on becoming better

Next, the ‘circle of connections’ exercise will help you identify the people you love the most, who you want to dedicate the most of your time with, what they bring to your life and anyone who is not having a positive impact. Time is the most precious quantity in life and so by shifting your perspective you will prioritise your time in order to get you living a fun, passionate, purposeful life.

You will own what you do and you’ll radiate confidence which is more appealing to the opposite sex and it also frees you up for the things that you love. You will finally stop doing things out of obligation which you resent, and you’ll start owning your life again.​​

Step 3:  Cultivating Love and Intimacy

 

To make you an appealing husband, lover or prospect, you will learn exactly how to make your partner feel loved, secure and sexually attracted to you in a way that is more powerful than your previous experiences. The exercises will eliminate any feelings of not being worthy, not good enough or questioning ‘who will want me’, because you will keep or attract the right person in your life.

 

You will reconnect with your partner within 30 days by using the 5 core components of intimacy: presence, understanding, vulnerability, sensual skills and emotional expression. Through genuine intimacy, both emotional and physical, you’ll be in a position where your love life with your wife or new partner is better than you’ve ever known.

 

 

Step 4:  Mastering Communication

 

To make sure you will never have the same issues again in your love life, you will learn how to make sure that your partner feels seen, heard, important to you, included in all discussions and part of your team.

 

You will know how to acknowledge her feelings in a sincere way, so that your partner will feel validated and loved - even if you do not fully understand her. This new approach will guarantee a secure future.

 

I’ll show you how to integrate radical honesty so you will live a calm future with no need to hide behind anything. We will work on defining your own boundaries and how to implement these without any conflict so that you will be in full control. This way, you will never have any issues with your partner again because you’ll know how to handle them.
